What Causes Severe Insomnia And Muscle Ache While On Pravastatin?
hi I am a 52 yr woman that is on 60 mg of Pravastatin, plus 125mcg of levothyroxine. I have terrible insomnia. muscle aches, due to lack of energy, I am certain. I have been doing this now for two years, although my blood tests have improved greatly, except my triglycerides are still a bit high, I feel worse now. am I on too high of a dose? even my parents wo are both in their mid and late seventies aren t on this high of a statin drug dose. and honestly, my local doctor is not much help.

insomnea is not related to statin group of drug. it is separate problem can take counseling from clinical psychologist. regarding seviour insomnea. consult physician for complete checkup and advise on treatment.
