What Causes Severe Intestinal And Abdominal Pain With Extreme Diarrhea?

I went to the E.r on last Friday night for extreme intestinal and stomach pain. extreme dieriea every test under the sun was run in the er from ct scans of everything blood work anal sample looking for bleeding had an endoscopy that found nothing. Some other symptoms include bowls smell literally of death. loss of equilibrium. like my middle to lower insteional area literally feels like someone is pulling my innards out of me. when the doctors pushed on my lower ado-man i would literally be in tears and it even hurt just as bad when they would stop pushing on a 0-10 pain scale I was at like a 12 on last Friday and im still at like a 9/12 10 right now. I cannot manage this pain at home nothing I have will even make me semi conferrable and im about ready to go back I just dont know what to tell them because im scared of going and being sent back home again in agonizing pain
