General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi. I suggest that these headaches, typically where you describe them, are tension headaches. You will benefit from lowering your stress. How about working out in the gym, yoga, meditation and relaxing music? As for the repugnance towards smells, it is a normal phenomena and something individualistic. Thanks. Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
