What Causes Severe Itchiness And Swelling In The Vaginal Area?

My vagina is sometimes itchy, well itchy quite a lot but recently it s been hurting and I noticed a day ago that a bit on the left side is swollen/flamed and it s kinda dry and crusty. I ve never had sex or done anything with anyone else. I also don t want to talk about this with anyone because it s really embarrassing. What can I do? It s really irritable. Oh and it s also very Texans there are these sort order spots in the lower area, they are flat and aren t like spots you get on your face but they are red and look sort of like burns, what are he d and how do I get rid of them?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having yeast infection producing severe itching and soreness on the part.
Due to itching there might be having irritation and soreness producing secondary bacterial infection giving rise swelling and pain.
You might require one course of antibiotic to cure this infection.
Clean local part properly and apply triple action cream for few days.
Avoid more perspiration.
