What Causes Severe Itchiness And White Patches In The Penis Area?

Hi I am 33 years old I have a itching problem since many years, the skin around my private part has become dark black and there are some white patches also... It becomes worst when I wear jeans for long time or dont bath for even 1 day... Please help Thanks

It is a fungal infection. It is better managed by keeping the area moisture free. Use clotrimazole cream twice a week and its powder should be sprinkled before putting clothes in the morning.
