What Causes Severe Itchiness And Whitish Discharge From The Vagina?

About some days ago I noticed I had a watery like discharge for about 2 days then it became as cottage cheese, and I was experiencing itching and a bit swelling. So yesterday I took one dose of Diflucan. Today I feel a bit relieved but still have itching & discharge? How long will this go away? Or do I not have a yeast infection?

if you take my opinion then I would suggest you that these symptoms may be due to a urinary tract infection or a local vaginal infection,I would suggest you to have 6 pessaries at Hs and then a urinary examination done,and a USG for lower abdomen done too.
