What Causes Severe Itchiness In The Labia Majora?
I have itching of the out labia. I have changed laundry soap / bathing soap / fabric of underwear / everything I can think of and the itching persists. I don t think it can be an STD because I have not had sex in over 20 years. Please give me some more ideas before I break down and go the my doctor

Hello,
It may be due to fungal infection.
For that you can apply clotrimazole ointment locally.
For itching you can take tablet loratidine.
Avoid sweating.
Use v wash.
Watch for symptoms white discharge, fever, abdominal pain
