What Causes Severe Itchiness On The Lower Back?

Friday night I started itching on my lower back where The curve is . Developed into Red Lines in shape of Spider with body in the middle. It comes and goes on back and sides or my neck also lines like I scratched too hard. It is no better or worse ....

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe itchiness on the lower back. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like dermatitis, bug bite, eczema, systemic pathology, allergic reaction and side effects of drug. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated , keep yourself away from the allergens like dust , dog and cat fur and continue taking antihistamine like zyrtec or benadryl . If condition doesn't get better the consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order blood test , allergy test and physical examination. Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with corticosteroid ointment or antibiotics like clindamycin .
