welcome, consult dermatologist for physical examination, most common cause is atopic dermatitis (eczema),treatment include- steroid cream/ointment applied topically, immune modulator tacrolimus topically, tablet allegera or levocetrizine for itching in morning-non sedative, tablet benadryl or atarax in evening-sedative , some do not prefer to visit doctor ,take capsule evening primrose oil daily orally or & capsule evion 400 daily, avoid hot water bath for long hours, avoid dry soap, may be fungal or just dry skin. doctor would rule out rare disease -fibrocystic breast disease, pagest;s disease of nipple ,carcinoma , take care.
