What Causes Severe Itching All Over The Body Along With Numbness In Eyelids?

hi, parts of my legs and arms started to itch earlier today, no more than four hours ago. at the time, i thought it was just mosquito bites, but the bites started to swell and itch even more. now it has spread to the entire back of my neck, the back of my head, my shoulders, and now my ears and face. I dont really know if it spreads when a touch a new part of my body. my eyes have now become watery and my eye lids are beginning to feel heavy and numb. I dont know what i should do. Are there any over the counter medications i can take to get the swelling to go down. It is eleven at night as I am writing this and i do not feel like going to an emergency room.
