Can a 63 year old female in the last week I ve developed a vaginal discharge I have itchy skin I m able to sleep well just found out I have to have half of a knee replacement a lot of stress lost my health insurance not working and the main thing is this teaching all over my skin pelvic pain and once in awhile I have a dry tickle cough

From your description, I am of the opinion that it is atrophic vaginitis and an estrogen cream local application at the site will work wonders for you. Along with you can take some anti-allergics too.
