What Causes Severe Itching And Burning Sensation On Top Of Scalp?

im pretty sure I have neuro dermatitis for about 7 year snow ive never been treated for it I went to dermatologist 2 years ago they thought it was serboric dermatitis but the treatment did not work. I have sever itching n tingling burning in the very top of my scalp only, it comes and goes my hair hasn t grown an inch in 7 years

there are many causes of itching and burning over the scalp
First and foremost is neutodermatitis,
Second is Seborrheic dermatitis
Third is TRICHODYNIA..
If there is small pustule then it could be ACNE MILIARIS NECROTICA..
Depending on the clinical findings we can reach over the DIAGNOSIS, on which the treatment depends..
