What Causes Severe Itching And Rashes On The Penis?

Hi.I m 18 years old. I m suffering from itching a lot from many days I m neglecting it because I thought it was a normal One,but now it is showing me the he ll.The placement of itching is around the pennis,below the stomach,it has became like rashes and it is burning a lot. I have two ointments at instance 1.soframycin, 2.dermikem, which is better to use.please suggest to my request.
