What Causes Severe Itching And Tingling Sensation On The Scalp?

for the past couple of months, i have noticed my hair has been receding and thining quite quickly. I recently have been having tingling/itching feeling on my scalp. Is this just normal male balding? or is this something i should get looked at. I am thinking the latter... but wondering also, do i go see a doctor or a dermatologist or ?

Hello,
You need to see dermatologist. There are both the possibilities, considering you are having itching we need to rule out headlice and fungal infection, which can done with examination. Somebody at home can even help in identifying whether you have any headlice or dandruff in your head.
So visit will help in both diagnosis and treatment. All the best.
