What Causes Severe Itching In The Arms?

I m beginning to have a bout of excessive itching that just started within the past week. It s more prevelant on my arms but I have had it on my scrotum, ear lobe and face. You should know that My arms have been exposed to the sun before but all of a sudden my itching seems to be more so now than in previous times I been exposed to the sun. What do you think this can be from?

it appears to be fungal infection. apply candid ointment. or sprinkle candid powder.maintain cleanliness and hygiene.can take antifungal antibiotic orally.
