dear user

thanks for contact HCM

brief answer

allergy is the most common cause of itching but shouldnot scratched
untill now you have no cellulitis but should follow simple steps

detailed answer

we see your symptom cases alot in clinic the allergy or rashes of leg due to exposure to certain allergen is very common but you should apply hydrocortisone cream to it and avoid scratching as when it bleeds it may cause cellulitis by getting infection ..so try to wash it with warm water and betadine solution to deconataminate any bacterial infection and you can use antihistaminic tablets and cream as finistil and will be ok
no fear of cellulitis if you did that

hope that helps
