What Causes Severe Itching On Lower Legs?

I have been experiencing severe itching on my lower legs. two Dr.s gave me two diagnosis. It begins with itching, then little white pimples appear on the outside of skin, I begin to itch to the point of bleeding. I have tried to self diagnose but nothing has changed (soap,detergent,etc,)

Hello,

I think you may need to visit a dermatologist. There is a risk that you may be having scabies which can be causing the severe itching and scratching to bleeding.

Please consult a dermatologist or send me a picture of the rash. If it is scabies you may use antiscabia cream on the rash. Using Cetirizine will relieve itching.
