What Causes Severe Itching On The Legs And Arms?

I have a painful pricling itch that travels from back of my legs and arms, mostly in evening with no sign of a rash, however often several days after an episode there are brown patches where the itching and pain had occurred. hydrocortisone has no results, and I use all allergy free products for washing body and clothes. The itching and pain Thanks!

Hello,

As the steroids are not responding, a possible cause of fungal infection or bacterial inflammation must be sorted out.

Proper antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antibiotic medications are a due necessity for rapid recovery.
