What Causes Severe Itching On The Penis?
Hello sir,i have some problem in my penis,its itching all the time since 2 days,i haven t consult any doctors,also i found something discharging around penis like white gel,which smells bad i clean it everytime again its discharging,what medical treatment i need to do.

Hello,
Most probably it is due to superficial fungal infections. As first-line management, you can apply topically an antifungal like clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.
You can also take drugs like pheniramine for itching. If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
