What Causes Severe Itching Sensation On Arms And Legs At Night?
I have intense itching on my arms and legs, primarily at night. I have tried lotions, etc but cannot get it to go away. I ve notice some redness, but no rash.My sheets are changed weekly at a minimum, and washed in hot water. But, my two dogs sleep with me.

please also wash and de tic your dogs, you may be having some kind of allergy to the dog hair, a detail analysis of your pattern of redness and the contact with dogs while asleep will surely help.
To get immediate relief, i would suggest that you try anti histamine and see if the itching and redness reduces if it is so you certainly will be having allergic reaction , you can try getting an allergy test done as well
