What Causes Severe Itching Sensations And Spasms In Back?

Hello Sir, I m a 22 year old guy. I have back spasms and I have a tendency to sit with an inclined back. However if I try sitting straight, I cannot sit up straight for too long. And the aching gets really bad sometimes. Could you please suggest a few exercises to strengthen the vertebrae and make the pain go away?

Hi,
At this age any degenerative changes in vertebrae are uncommon so your problem might be due to some conditions like sacralization of lumber spines giving this problem.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region.
To strengthening back musclesgo for back extension exercises daily two times.
In this exercise lying down position touching your back to floor.
Then raise one leg till you can, keep it for some time and then come back to same position.
Do this exercise for ten times.
Then do same thing with another leg same way and same time.
Then raise your both legs and do same thing.
Afterwards turn your body and keep your chest touching floor.
Raise your head and legs till you can stretch like bow shape.
Keep this position for some time and come back to original position.
Do same thing for ten times.
This will strengthen your back muscles.
Always sit on straight position.
