What Causes Severe Itching Under The Foot In Person Suffering With Rheumatoid Arthritis?

About 1month ago I developed an itch around the upper arch of my left foot. I ve tried lotions, steroids, changing laundry detergent and socks with no relief. No redness, however, have noticed peeling skin, possibly due to excessive itching. I do have rheumatoid arthritis. Do I make appt with rheumatologist, or dermatologist.

I really appreciate your concern, if you have tried some steroid and antihistamine so now it need to be clinically examined and for that better to see the Dermatologist, hope this information, take care and have a nice day.
