What Causes Severe Itching While Treating Dermatographic Urticaria?

R/Sir,I am suffering from Urtecaria Dermatographism as diagnosed by Apollo hospital Skin specialist.Allegra 180 and allegra M i have used for 2 months along with lotins and creams but i have acuute ITCHING at legs ,thighs,hands,buttocks and neck and also RED spots at differentsparts of my body.Blood testing results were positive for DUST MITEs DUST,Mango almond etc.allergen.i am 68 yrs,old

I really appreciate your concern, beside the allergic condition it is necessary to rule out the systemic cause of itching some time it may be due to endocrine disorders, for the itching "Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg" three times in day can be tried, symptoms could be more intense in state of emotional stress so care need to be taken for this, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
