Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It may be allergic dermatitis. It is not related to pimples eruption which is due to high temperature and allergy. Get it examined by a dermatologist, apply Caladryl lotion and take tab Levocetirizine. Exclude measles or summer related eruption. Take a proper bath and apply talcum powder, control body temperature with tab Crocin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
