Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain it seems that pain in jaw that occurs on opening the mouth, pressing in front of the ear and on bending is indicative of jw joint dysfunction also known TMJ/TMD..
Secondly sore in mouth can b due to causes like Canker sores or apthous ulcers, herpes virus infection causing cold sores or can be due to Bullous Pemphegoid..
You need a consultation with a
Dentist and for the
jaw pain he can advise you a full mouth x ray known as Panoromic x ray and along with it blood tests to check for the cause of ulcers along with oral swab culture and can be treated accordingly..
As of now you can take anti inflammatory painkillers like
Ibuprofen and
muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxasone to relieve jaw pain and also avoid excess mouth opening like while laughing or yawning and take a
soft diet..
Along with it you can do warm saline gargles, soda bicarb gargles and take Vitamin B-complex supplement daily for mouth sores.
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
