What Causes Severe Joint Pain After Taking Euflexxa Injection?

I m having severe joint, muscle, back and soft tissue pain after Euflexxa injections in both knees 30 hours ago. I also have some minor side effects (headache, sinus issues, nausea). Is there anything I can do to ease the pain? I m already on 5 mg of Morphine at bedtime. By the way, this was injection #2 in both knees. Thank you.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is not related to injection. As a first line management, you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
