What Causes Severe Joint Pains?

I am a 35 year old female. I have extreme joint pain (mostly neck, back, hips, hands but effecting all my joints), I am exhausted all the time but even with my sleep aid am finding it hard to sleep at night lately due to restless hands and arms. I also feel very hot when this happens. I frequently have a low grade fever and have been confused and dizzy. Went to several doctors over a year span and none would even test me for lyme disease(even though I work outside). I got no help from any doctors as I was in early recovery for heroin and was thought to be lookin for pain killers. I dont care whether its a pain killer or not, I just want some relief! Now, I have been in recovery 2 years and still need help! Also, several times a year my white count goes up to 19 or 20 then back down but noone can tell me why.
