What Causes Severe Knee Pain, Elbow Joint Pain And Dark Red Lips?

Hi, my friend is 19 yrs old, generally in good health, but this morning she started having severe pain in her knee and elbow joints, and her lips turned a very dark red color. She was resting during the day and woke up to sharp chest pain that subsided within 10 minutes, but later her lips turned even darker, and the pain in her joints is still continuing. She is 170 cm and approximately 55 kg.
