What Causes Severe Left Sided Chest Pain?

10 weeks postpartum with left sided chest pain only with exertion. Pregnancy history included pregnancy induced hypertension starting at 28 weeks gestation and then a placental abruption at 37 weeks resulting in emergency c-section, resulting in postpartum hemorrhage with blood transfusion and an afebrile reaction to the transfusion

Hello, I suggest you to perform a rest EKG and an echocardiography. These are good control to do after a complicate pregnancy
