What Causes Severe Left-sided Flank Pain And Constipation After A Total Hysterectomy?

I am having severe left sided flank pain. Had a total hysterectomy, ovaries removed, bladder sling with mesh, hernia repair and lipoma removed on that side Oct 2013. About 6 months ago I began having this pain and it s only getting worse. I do suffer from constipation because I have to take pain meds for complex regional pain syndrome and migraines. I take all kinds of meds to have a bowel movement and even when I have one the pain is still there. I have a colonoscopy scheduled for August 26th but I don t think I can wait that long. No one is concerned but me, the pain is unbearable at times and even goes down my left leg and feels like inside my left buttock. Achey, sharp, and radiates to my back, I m also nauseated and can t eat but a couple of bites of food at one time.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to all of your history and operation done it is the best way to managed the pain with analgesic medicine till you get done the tests for this, you seems to have multiple pathologies and it would be difficult to say anything about the pain that you have right now without the test and clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
