Hi,

When Suboxone is given to wean off from habit forming medication for pain. It happens to give pain as you have for few days and then disappears as action of the drug takes over. In case the pain does not go away or increases. Please consult your doctor for change of dosage or medication.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
