Hi,
It seems that due to 6-7 months pregnancy and constant sitting on computer leading increase pressure in abdomen might cause pressure symptoms like cramping.
Having anemia and generalized weakness might be contributing factor.
Continue with prenatal pill and take high nourishing food.
Go for light exercises like slow walking, swimming daily.
Take plenty of water, fruits and green vegetables.
Ok and take care.
