What Causes Severe Leg Cramps And Difficulty In Walking After Welchol Intake?

I have been taking Welchol for about three weeks and developed severe leg cramps and difficulty walking and sleeping. I stopped the evening dose and the cramps lessened. i can not take statins because of severe muscle cramping. Should I discontinue the morning dose also? YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms that you are having could be due to something else and not due to medicine (Welchol), and better to continue the same, some time such symptoms could be nonspecific, and this could be self limiting one, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
