What Causes Severe Leg Cramps,headache And Backache?

I am on an IUD. I tested positive on 5 home pregnancy test and went to Planned Parenthood yesterday and tested negative.today I have been having leg cramps all the way down to my ankles stomach cramping severe headache and backache. Small amount of blood brownish color has also been coming out. also feeling kind of faint occasionally What s going on
