What Causes Severe Leg Pain While Having Kidney Infection?

Hi Doc my mom recent gone thorugh kidney infection diagnoses..but she is having heavy leg pains n cramps...can any one suggest what will be the cure for that...she even approched doc for leg pain..she is still having pain though still she is in medication.. Thanks
