What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal And Back Pain?

I have been experincing severer lower abdominal and back pain lately. i dont experince it everyday but maybe once a week or so. its been going on for about a month now. a week after experincing the pain my period was a week early which has never happened before and i had the worst back pain during my period. i dont know if this is all linked

Hi,

It can be spastic dysmenorrhea. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, you can consult a physician and get evaluated.
