General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The pain in the lower abdomen and pelvis with pressure and more urine indicates possible calculus or gravels in the urinary system.

A basic evaluation with ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis is a must to proceed ahead in this case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
