What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain And Lack Of Appetite?

I have been suffering with severe lower abdominal pain for a week. I went to ER 4 days ago and they said the tests were all normal. However, the pain is getting worse and I m having nausea with lack of appetite now too. The Norco they prescribed for me is not helping. The pain is constant. I ve had a hysterectomy and my gall bladder removed years ago. I am a 61 year old female.

You can consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Acetaminophen for pain relief.
