What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain, Which Started From The Lower Back?

I have had severe abdominal pain on my right lower side for the past 8 days. It started in my lower back and is now right in front of my hip bone. It seems to be much worse during the evening. I have been drinking extra water just wondering if it may be a kidney stone. No fever. Headaches but no other real symptoms. I had a hysterectomy about 10 years ago, but left my ovaries in.

It looks like a renal colic that may be caused by kidney stone.Better get a sonography of abdomen done & it would rule out other cause like appendicitis .And continue to take enough water & take tab urotone twice a day with cital syrup 2 tsp thrice a day if its a kidney stone lesser than 10 mm.And it doesn't look like any problem related to your hystrectomy surgery so dont worry too much.
