What Causes Severe Lower Back Pain And Abdominal Cramps Post IUD Removal ?
I had my Mirena IUD removed about a month ago because it had migrated from its original position. It was located via ultrasound and removed in office without any problems. I got my first post IUD period 2 weeks later and it was heavy but lasted only 4 days. Now, 1 week post period, I m having severe lower back pain and some cramping. Is this related to the IUD or removal of? Or is this my body getting readjusted?

For severe lower back pain and abdominal cramps you can take pain killer like biozobid-plus or meftal-spaz along with calcium supplements like shalcal-d or toscal-gem once daily. I will also advice you to sleep on plain surface. Do some physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist.
