What Causes Severe Lower Back Pain And Fingers Turning Pale With Cold?

Hello! Good day! I just wanted to ask about my mom s condition cause she refuses to go to the doctors :/ She s been having bad lower back pains and she chills and her fingers turns pale. She has ulcer too and I don t know if it s gotten better or worse because it s been a while since her last check up.
