General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some degenerative changes in your lmbo-sacral vertebrae producing pinched nerve pressure.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral spines for osteo-artheritis.
Afterwards physiotherapy, short way diathermy and lumber traction as advised by your orthopedic surgeon will be of much helpful.
Meanwhile go for back extension exercises daily.
Avoid more bending form back and squatting position.
Ok and take care.
I find this answer helpful
