What Causes Severe Lower Back Pain While Diagnosed With Kidney Stones?

Hi. My name is Jessica. I went to my MD today and I seem to have kidney stones and the pain is immense in my lower back seems to be moving. I was prescribed antibiotic and oral toradol. So far I am just sleepy but cannot have any rest due to this discomfort. Should I consider the ER for this type of pain? This could be worse than child birth.

Hello,
Welcom to Healthcaremagic.com.
As per your symptoms it seems you are having uritic cholic and it is acute and sharp in character.
If your prescribed medication have any antispasmodic tab you must take it.
You can also opt for short stay ER if you are not getting relieved.
Hope you will be healthy soon.

Regards.....
