What Causes Severe Lower Side Pain?

my last period started august 15th was done on the 19th. week and a half later I had a couple blood clots then had very watery blood tinted discharge that last 4 days.. it wasnt a period. missed my next due period. have had symptoms of pregnancy but I had my tubes tied april 12 2003. have had cramping but no period. history of bilateral ovarian cysts. had strong pain on the lower right side last night. I am 33 years old, I am a smoker. I dont drink or use drugs. am sexually active. I weigh about 225lbs. and am 5'6". wondering if I should be seen or not. I have no insurance.

I think that the condition of your can be due to pelvic inflammatory disease so I will suggest you to have a course of antibiotics Doxycycline for 10 days and also Metronidazole tablets for 5 days. Start Drotaverine tablets for cramping pain for 5 days.
