Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pain during menstruation is very common.some PPL may experience nausea vomiting, mild temperature, generalized weakness, etc, during menstruation. It's just hormonal. Nothing to be worried about it. But now a days the no. of PCOS cases is rising. It will be good to get an ultrasound done to rule out PCOS.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
