What Causes Severe Menstrual Cramps Along With Vomiting?

Good Afternoon Doctor, I am 24 years old unmarried girl. I have been facing problem at the time of periods like having severe stomach pain and suffering with vomiting s and motions on the first day (only first day) . What exactly is happening with me and is there any problem in facing such situation.

Hi, I think these are the menstrual symptoms. Sometimes it can be due to associated gastritis also. But get a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to rule out any other cause of pain during periods. It can be due to endometriosis also. Hormonal treatment is available for that. You can take mefenamic acid during the periods to relieve the psin.Talk to your doctor regarding this.
