What Causes Severe Menstrual Cramps And Fatigue?

Hi, my mom suffers from Endometriosis, and its something that runs in my family. I have severe menstrual cramps and fatigues. They have been getting worse to the point that now it includes vomiting and I cant even walk from the pain. Could these be symptoms that I am developing it too? I am 19 and it just seems to be getting worse with age.
