What Causes Severe Menstrual Cramps And Passing Of Blood Clots Through Vagina?

I m on my menstrual cycle and for the last year my first couple days of my menstrual I cramp so bad that I have to stay in bed and it has me in tears and I pass like blood clots and there not little ones, and I bleed so hard that it goes threw my pads,I never use to have this problem is this something I should be worried about.

Yes, Passing large clots with severe pain could indicate bleeding disorders, Endometriosis or hormonal disorders.

You can take Tab. Mefanamic acid with muscle relaxant like Drotaverine, one tablet, twice a day to your menstruation stops, for relief.

Keep well hydrated. Consult your Gynaecologist to help find the cause and start appropriate treatment.
