What Causes Severe Migraine And Blurred Vision After Recovering From Bacterial Meningitis?

Sure. I have a history of two TBIs one military and the others sports...also bacterial meningitis. All this covering about a 25 year period. My bad migraines did start post meningitis. My military TBI was about a decade earlier. I am treated with topamax 75 at night and imitrex. I have also a high sweat chloride of 40 plus and do sweat as I am a fitness instructor. I also have a vitamin A toxicity issue I was dealt my with but lately been eating my Vit a again as I t got close to normal. I try to remember to take salt supplements. Past week and esp couple of days when I stand I get horrible ice cream headaches blurred vision. And others times dizziness. My migraines also worsened. Could this be real ed to salt, Vit A? Do I need to see a doc? Or..

In severe cases of meningitis, a person may experience enough brain damage to cause a coma. After recovering from meningitis, some people experience problems with memory. This can be a result of damage to the brain during the illness.
