Hello,
These symptoms that you have mentioned are suggestive that more than one system is being affected.
Migraine is a neurological symptom; the musculoskeletal system and respiratory or cardiac (chest-related) systems are affected. Severe migraine with muscle aches and chest congestion may be indicative of post-viral inflammation or migraine associated with sensory involvement.
You have not mentioned if you suffer from sinus problems, as you are having post-nasal drip that is irritating your chest,
fibromyalgia or
anxiety problems. Get clinically examined by a GP and get blood tests like CBC, CRP,
thyroid tests, and viral panel tests done. Get a chest X-ray, CT, ECG and cardiac routine tests along with neurological examinations.
Light stretching and a warm bath can give relief from muscle tension. You can take medicines (triptans) for migraine. Taking
magnesium glycinate will be helpful, as it will relax muscle and will help in nerve function. It is also helpful to reduce anxiety and promote good sleep.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
